Easy to grow dual purpose plum with quality gage flavour
‘Cambridge Gage’ is a traditional English gage with regular crops of small sized fruits that can be harvested in September. The fruits have yellow-green skin with some reddish speckles, and a very sweet, juicy flesh that mellows as they age. The fruits taste best when freshly picked from the tree, as addition to refreshing desserts, or when processed into jams and preserves. ‘Cambridge Gage’ has been awarded the Award of Garden Merit given by the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS), which helps gardeners make informed choices about plants.
